If you received a wrong / damaged product, we can replace it with the exact same item. Products can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage / defect.

If you wish to apply for an exchange, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as considered necessary. We will have our customer support and they will get in contact with you as soon as possible. (sales@xinngfoods.com) Once you have received our confirmation of exchange, we will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product.

Please specify your order number in the e-mail that you send us.

The refund will be processed within 10 working days from product cancellation date.
